Everything about pickup, care and delivery — and what to expect once your bag leaves the door.

You book a pickup, leave your bag out at the time you arrange, and we collect it. We wash and fold it to the preferences you set, then bring it back to your door. You tell us the day and the window that suits you when you book.
Pricing is per bag, and the current rate is shown on the booking form before you submit anything. If your order is unusual or you are not sure how many bags you have, say so on the form and we will come back to you.
No. Leave your bag out at the time you have arranged and we will collect it. There is a space on the booking form for anything we should know — a gate code, where to leave the bag, which door to use.
Yes. You can set your detergent preference and tell us about fabric softener when you book, and there is room on the form for anything that needs particular care.
